I'm trying to register on brandmeister.network. Despite repeated attempts, I didn't receive an email with the activation link. Attempting to register with another email address is not possible because my callsign is registered in the brandmeister. What else can I do?

I’ve reregistered my new vanity call with dstar.su
brandmeister will not allow me to register my new call to my DMR ID. it says it’s already assigned to a call in brandmeister idteam@dmr-marc.net address is dead.
i’ve made sure my new call is in the code plug if the radio.
Old call is W5HTA DMR ID is 1148042
Do a search in the dstar.su database and all you see is my new call assigned to my ID problem is Brandmeister end
