My gateway lost access to XRF250

Post by M0ZZM » 03 Aug 2013, 22:00

Dear All,

A while ago R3ABM kindly authenticated my gateway (MB6IBK) to have access to XRF250. Since then my gateway needed to be re-registered and it now has a different IP address on the network, I think this is the reason why the system is preventing it from connecting.

I registered on dstar.su and added the callsign of my gateway but it looks as if this isn't the right solution. Can anyone help me to regain access?

Many thanks and kind regards

The Nodes page at Self-Care required to control registration record for ircDDB of D-STAR Russia & CIS.
I see your repeater registered at global ircDDB.net. Please remove record of your repeater in our Self-Care and restart your gateway software. After that try to login to XRF250.
I think that there was connection problem between our reflector and global ircDDB at the moment of last relogin of your repeater.
