Why do you think so, that Michal can't speak russian? Probably, he can... But anyway, english-speaking forum is seems to be useful for users, and for foreing, and also for all of us.
And for me it may be a good practice, becouse of my forgotten english.
Thanks anyway, Artem.

Hello to my ham radio friends in Russia!!

I am logged in... my native language is English and that is about it, I can almost understand Spanish and a little Italian...

I am so glad that Google Chrome does a very good job translating Russian to English.

Regards,

Michael.

Hello Mike!

Could you please tell us about expirience of home-brew repeater module operations on RP2C (http://vk5rex.squarespace.com/downloads ... interface/)?
What is the current uptime? Do you have troubles after start?

Thanks!

I have two repeaters working with my ID-RP2C interface... VK5REX B and VK5REX C.

VK5REX C is off air at the moment, I am awaiting a new duplexer to arrive.

70cm VK5REX B is working very very well. The Motorola MCS2000 radios work perfectly with GMSK D-Star. I have also been able to remove the DCI bandpass filter and Advanced Receiver Research preamp from the receiver. I have not experienced any problems with the home-brew 70cm D-Star repeater at all... it just works!

The K8BIG 70cm and 2m repeaters in Cincinnati Ohio are also using my interface design and Kenwood repeaters... and several hams have built versions of their own design based on my schematic.

Check the video on the bottom of this page... from Armando in Italy
